A professional artist for four decades, Barb Tourtillotte is a master of watercolor and acrylic, earning multiple awards and recently honored as the 2024-2025 Artist of the Year by the Coachella Valley Watercolor Society. A major player in art licensing, she has partnered with over 75 manufacturers for 40 years, bringing her designs to everything from fine giftware and textiles to wall decor and paper goods.

Barb’s work is deeply rooted in her love for growing, studying, and painting flowers of all types. This passion for florals is a family legacy; both of her daughters have built successful careers in the wedding industry—one as a professional photographer and the other as a floral grower and designer. Together, they share a lifelong dedication to capturing and creating beauty.

Barb and her husband, Kirk, divide their year between Washington State and Palm Desert, California.
